How to use the online clock and alarm
Use the online clock to check the current time and date while you study, work or plan your day.
To set an alarm, choose the hour and minute, then click Set Alarm. A soft chime will play when the selected time is reached.
The alarm settings are saved in your browser, so your selected alarm can remain available when you return to the page.
The alarm works while this page remains open in your browser. It does not continue running after you close the browser or shut down your computer.
You can also use the clock together with the Study Timer to create a simple routine for focused work, breaks and daily study sessions.
Study Session Report
Your sessions today, with start time, end time and total focused time.
How to use the online study timer
Choose one of the preset study sessions, or select Custom when you want to set your own study and break duration.
Click Start when you begin studying. You can pause the timer whenever you need to, reset it, or skip to the next part of the session.
When a study session is completed, your progress is reflected in the daily statistics and Study Session Report, helping you see how much focused time you have completed.
Short breaks can give you a clear stopping point before the next session. The most useful session length is the one that fits your task, attention and personal routine.
Research suggests that time-management habits are associated with better learning outcomes, although results can vary depending on the learner and context.

How to use the online stopwatch
Click Start when you begin a task, activity or study session. The stopwatch will measure the elapsed time from that moment.
You can pause the stopwatch when you need to stop temporarily and continue it later without losing the recorded time.
Use Reset when you want to start a new measurement from zero. This makes it useful for checking how long individual tasks actually take.
Keeping track of real task duration can help you make future schedules more realistic instead of estimating every activity from memory.
Research has found a positive relationship between time-management habits, performance and well-being. Research source: PubMed meta-analysis.
Create a Countdown
Add your own exam or important event.
Exam Countdown Report
Your countdowns stay saved until you choose Reset.
How to use the online exam countdown
Enter the name of your exam or important event, then choose the date and time when it will take place. Click Create Countdown to add it to your list.
The countdown shows how much time remains, making it easier to see which exams or deadlines are approaching first.
You can keep several countdowns at the same time for different subjects, exams or important events. Your countdowns remain saved until you choose Reset.
For better planning, use the remaining time to divide your work into smaller tasks and give each task a realistic place in your study schedule.
A countdown is a planning aid rather than a guarantee of results. Your preparation, available time and circumstances will still determine how ready you are.

How to use the online sleep calculator
Enter the time you want to wake up and choose the number of sleep cycles you would like to use as a planning guide. The calculator will suggest a bedtime.
You can also enter your planned bedtime to see suggested wake-up times based on several sleep-cycle options.
These results are estimates intended to help with planning. Sleep cycles are not fixed at exactly 90 minutes; the NIH explains that they typically repeat about every 80–100 minutes.
For that reason, use the suggested times as a guide rather than a strict rule. Getting enough regular, quality sleep is more important than matching an exact cycle.
